Database user needs permissions to create tables.

When Wordfence installs it needs to be able to create a few database tables. If your database doesn’t allow WordPress to create tables, then you need to add the “create” permission to the user that WordPress connects as. You can do this in phpmyadmin. The following are instructions for phpMyAdmin Version 4.1.5:

  1. Select the database used by WordPress
  2. Select the top tab Privileges
  3. Click "Edit Privileges" next to the user WordPress connects as which you can find in your wp-config.php file next to DB_USER. The file is in the root of your WordPress installation
  4. Under Structure, click the CREATE box

If you don’t use phpmyadmin, then you need to contact your site administrator, web host or database admin and ask them to allow WordPress to create tables in the database.
