This seems to be something that occasionally Google will pick up when crawling your site. If you issue a removal request through Google webmaster tools, it will be removed. Keep in mind you may have to issue separate requests if you see https and http requests. (examples below)

(The number/letter string on the end will be different. will obviously be your sitename)
