Cancel my wordfence account

If you decide that you no longer wish to use Wordfence premium it is easy to cancel your account.

If you
a.) are at the end of your current subscription and do not wish to renew, login to your account on, go to 'manage API keys', and check the boxes next to the key(s) you do not want renewed. Then click the button that says 'disable auto renew'. The key will expire on the date it would. You may receive an automated email alerting you to this but no further action should be required on your part.
b.) have recently purchased the key and decided that you are not happy with it email us at with your username, the URL for the site being protected, and the email address tied to the account. We will work with you to get you a refund.

After your premium service ends, you will lose access to the premium features of Wordfence. You can select the downgrade to a free key button on the wordfence options page on your website.
