Possible caching issues on Pagely and other hosts

A customer has reported an issue hosted on Pagely where server side cache would not be served due to the fact that Wordfence sets a cookie. We have also documented one case on another host where setting of any cookies would prevent the server from serving cached files.

To fix this you can disable Wordfence cookies completely by enabling the option "Disable Wordfence Cookies" at the bottom of the Worfence "Options" page. When you do this, Wordfence will no longer be able to detect if visitors to your site are bots or humans. Wordfence will also lose it's capability of remembering that you are an admin on the site.

As an alternative, you may consult with your web host about preventing these cookies from breaking cache. That specific behavior is not something that we are in control over and it could happen with any software that uses cookies.
