Looking at the JavaScript console can help troubleshoot issues.  Errors are in red so it's easy to screenshot and sometimes even see for yourself what plugin is causing a conflict. We're going to use the Chrome Browser for demonstrative purposes because it is available on MAC and PC, though other popular browsers have similar functionality.
